Composite Engineer

We are developing a new product line of composite randomes that will employ cutting-edge engineering, materials and processes. We are looking for motivated and skilled engineers to assist us! The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Ability to plan for the most cost-effective utilization of materials
  • Applies knowledge of material science to recommend and manufacturing changes to attain design objectives in the most economical manner possible.
  • Review blueprints and specifications to determine the appropriate materials needed to achieve successful completion of initiatives.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in the Composite field.
  • Develop new composite products and follow through from start to finish
  • Learn quickly, manage multiple projects at once, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • BS degree or higher with major in composite engineering.

Contracts Administrator

We are a growing company and looking for a Contracts Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and be able to meet the below requirements:

  • Ability to negotiate different types of contracts such as, CPFF, FFP and Time & Material.
  • Work closely with Program Managers, Cost Allocation Coordinator and production staff by providing contract information such as delivery schedules and deliverables.
  • Facilitating quarterly audits of internal contract documents, including but not limited to resale agreements, partner agreements, Non Disclosure agreements, and license agreements.
  • Knowledgeable in the areas of Federal Acquisition Regulations “FARS” and International Standards Organizations “ISO” pertaining to contracts a plus.
  • Ability to effectively interact with technical staff and customer community.
  • QuickBooks experience a plus.
  • Responsible for Invoicing and Accounts Receivables pertaining to contracts and test customers.
  • BS degree with 2 years experience, experience in contracts or business administrative support.
  • Government contracting experience a plus.
