JEM’s manufacturing department is well known for the quick turnaround time, quality service, and the 20+ accumulated years of experience in electronics and antenna manufacturing. The manufacturing of our antennas is performed in-house by our team of assemblers and technicians. Materials and other specialty parts or services that are required for each antenna build are provided by our carefully selected subcontractors. All of our subcontractors comply with either/or both ANSI or MIL standards and go through a rigorous quality selection process as per the quality standards of ISO 9001.

Configuration Management System

JEM has created and utilizes an ISO 9001 certified Configuration Management System that supports our Manufacturing Team and ensures the repeatability and consistency of JEM products. Revision controls and sustaining engineering support allow upgrades and engineering improvements to be created with a controlled and consistent methodology.

CADD Software and Detail Drawings

JEM utilizes Dassault Systemes’ SolidWorks software to create both 3D models and 2D detail drawings, which are utilized both by our outside partners and our internal Manufacturing Team. Our ability to design and document complicated assemblies in-house, coupled with our manufacturing capabilities, enables us to build both tightly controlled production units and also offer rapid customization to fit your specific requirements.
